How do I proceed with custom design and packaging?

We provide templates (die lines) for you to design on. Please send AI or PSD files with at least 300 DPI resolution and clear layers for sample production.

How are samples shipped and paid for?

If you have a courier account (DHL, FedEx, TNT), we use it. Otherwise, we pay upfront and collect the shipping cost from you later.

What are your payment terms?

We typically require a T/T 30% deposit with the balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading, or we accept L/C at sight.

Can the items pass the drop test?

Yes, we can adjust packaging to meet drop test requirements. Please specify the required drop height for testing.
