Q:Can I customize the design and packaging?

Yes, we support OEM and ODM services. You can customize the product design, logo, and packaging (e.g., color box, gift box). We provide templates and require AI/PSD files with at least 300 DPI for samples.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For normal shapes with blank ware in stock, the MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes like tea sets, it is 1000pcs. Glazed items require 2000pcs per color per shape.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against the BL copy, or L/C at sight. Other options include PayPal, Western Union, and D/P.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Sample lead time is 10-30 days depending on the item. Mass production takes 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming samples. Blank ware takes 30-40 days, decals 15-20 days, and packaging 15 days.
Q:Do you have stock available?
A:
Yes, we have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets. We can also accept small orders for ongoing designs if confirmed quickly.
