Yes, we can make both OEM and ODM designs. Also, the packaging can be customized.

For most items, we do bulk packages, the cheapest way. We can also make color box, gift box, display box or mailbox as your request which can make the items looks more elegant.

For some normal shapes of mugs and plates, if we have blank ware in stock, a small MOQ (300pcs) is accepted. However, for shapes such as tea sets or baking wares, or some special shapes, a higher MOQ (1000pcs) is required. Besides, glazed items must be 2000pcs per color per shape.

We have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets that can be purchased directly. When we are making new orders for our own design products for other customers, we can accept a small number of orders of those currently ongoing designs. If so, you need to be able to confirm your order as soon as possible.

Sample lead time is 10-15 days for items with decals, and 20-30 days for glazed items or new shapes. Production lead time is 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the samples, its subject to order quantity and item quantity.
