Q:What are the payment terms?

We usually require a T/T 30% deposit, with the balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C at sight.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For normal shapes with stock, the MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes like tea sets, it is 1000pcs. Glazed items require 2000pcs per color per shape.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Mass production takes 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming samples. Sample lead time is 10-15 days for decals and 20-30 days for glazed items.
Q:Do you have stock available?
A:
Yes, we have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets. We may also accept small orders for ongoing designs if confirmed quickly.
