AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHenan Baolu is an amusement-equipment supplier offering large, medium, and small equipment, including bumper cars. It reports exports to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, with exports representing 21%–30% of total sales. The supplier states that it holds ISO9001, ISO14001, CE, and RoHS certifications, although supplier-management-system certification is also recorded as NIL. It provides flexible customization, ODM, and OEM services, but reports no SDK, private-mold, 3D software design, or professional technical-supplier capability, and no new products in the past year. Production information lists annual bumper-car productivity of 2,000 sets. Quality assurance is stated, but only one quality inspector is reported and finished products are checked by packing staff. Service principles and after-sales commitment are described, yet no written service, complaint-handling, corrective-action, or approved-supplier procedures are documented. No overseas warehouse, showroom, agent,...

Supplier typeThe supplier is an amusement-equipment manufacturer and exporter offering large, medium, and small amusement equipment. Its stated capabilities include ODM, OEM for popular brands, and flexible customization, while it explicitly says it is not a professional technical supplier.

CertificationsThe company description states that it has ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, as well as CE and RoHS certifications. However, supplier-management-system certification is separately recorded as NIL, so the evidence supports product and management certifications but not a complete supplier-management certification profile.

Production capacityThe supplier reports product coverage across multiple amusement-equipment sizes and annual productivity of 2,000 bumper-car sets. It also states that quality assurance exists, but only one quality inspector is reported and finished products are checked by packing staff, leaving production-control depth only partially demonstrated.

Customization capabilityFlexible customization is explicitly listed for both R&D design services and design-service capability, and the supplier also offers ODM and OEM services. However, it does not provide private molds or 3D software design services, so customization is supported but not comprehensive across all design tools.
