Sawdust, rice husks, crop straw (corn, soybean, sorghum, cotton, rape, peanut, sunflower), chaff, grass, shrub branches, bamboo, feed head, and bagasse.
Q:What are the required material specifications?
A:
Material size must be less than 5mm and moisture content should be controlled between 8% and 12%.
Q:What shapes and sizes are available for the final product?
A:
Available shapes include cylindrical, square, hexagonal, hollow quadrangular, and honeycomb. Diameters range from 45mm to 80mm with a 15-20mm hole.
Q:What happens if the raw material moisture is too high?
A:
If moisture exceeds 12%, a dryer is required. We offer air flow dryers and drum dryers to reduce moisture to the optimal range.
Q:Can the machine be customized for specific capacities?
A:
Yes, the whole wood briquette production line can be customized according to customer capacity requirements.
