Sawdust, rice husks, crop straw (corn, soybean, sorghum, cotton, rape, peanut, sunflower), chaff, grass, shrub branches, bamboo, feed head, bagasse, and coffee husks.
Q:What are the requirements for raw material size and moisture?
A:
Material size must be less than 5mm. Moisture content should be controlled between 8% and 12% for optimal forming.
Q:What shapes and sizes are available for the briquettes?
A:
Available shapes include cylindrical, square, hexagonal, hollow quadrangular, and pentagon. Diameters range from 45mm to 80mm with 15-20mm holes.
Q:What happens if the raw material moisture is too high?
A:
If moisture exceeds 12%, a dryer is required. We offer air flow dryers and drum dryers to adjust moisture content.
Q:Does the machine support customization for capacity?
A:
Yes, the whole production line can be customized according to customer capacity requirements.
