Q:What raw materials can be used?

Sawdust, rice husk, crop straw (corn, soybean, sorghum, cotton, rape, peanut, sunflower stalks), chaff, grass, shrub branches, bamboo, feed head, bagasse, etc.
Q:What are the required material specifications?
A:
Moisture content must be 8%-12%. Material size should be less than 5mm. If moisture is over 12%, a dryer is needed. If size is larger, a crusher is required.
Q:What shapes and sizes are available?
A:
Shapes include cylindrical, square, hexagonal, hollow quadrangular, and honeycomb. Diameters range from 45mm to 80mm with a 15-20mm hole.
Q:What is the production process?
A:
1. Crush biomass to sawdust (<5x3mm). 2. Dry to 8%-12% moisture. 3. Press into briquettes. 4. Carbonize into charcoal briquettes.

A:
