Near-bit model: Installed directly above the drill bit at the bottom of BHA. It reams hole simultaneously while drilling, prevents bit deviation, ideal for directional wells and horizontal wells, with shorter overall length (OAL). String model: Mounted among drill collars far away from the bit. It centralizes drill string, scrapes mud cake and repairs undergauge hole sections, mostly used for vertical wells and hole conditioning trips, with longer main body and deeper spiral grooves.

We use forged AISI 4145H Mod alloy steel for all tool bodies. Complete quenching & tempering heat treatment ensures high torsion resistance and impact toughness for deep wells and hard formations.

Tungsten carbide hardbanding is welded on contact surfaces of blades. It greatly improves abrasion and erosion resistance, extends downhole service time and reduces round trips to lower total drilling cost.

Choose stabilizer: Only need to centralize drill string, control deviation and slightly trim borehole wall. Choose PDC reamer: Need to enlarge hole diameter and repair undergauge sections. They can be combined in one BHA: near-bit reamer matched with string stabilizer for better drilling performance.
