AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a Zhengzhou-based limited trading company with 182 employees and associated companies, offering buses, trucks, excavators, loaders, cargo trucks, and special vehicles. It reports professional technical R&D capability, 3D software design, new product development, and multiple customization options. Operational evidence includes more than 10 production lines, 50 quality-control staff, inventory capability, broad export-market coverage, and participation in the 139th Canton Fair. However, the supplier lacks overseas agents, branches, warehouses, and showrooms; it does not provide ODM, branded OEM, or SDK services. Written procedures or records are absent for corrective actions, complaint handling, and supplier-service assessment. Financial records are referenced by year, but financial strength cannot be assessed from the provided information. No certification or customer-case evidence is supplied.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has inventory capability and has participated in the 139th Canton Fair, but it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Customer-complaint handling and corrective/preventive actions have no written procedures or records, indicating a documented service-management deficiency.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports professional technical R&D capability, product information development, and new products during the past year. However, it does not provide ODM services and has no available SDK, so innovation capability is demonstrated in general development but limited for ODM and SDK-based work.

Production capacityOperational indicators include more than 10 production lines, 50 quality-control staff, inventory capability, and lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season. Nevertheless, there is no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with an associated subcontractor, and the supplier-service assessment procedure lacks written procedures or records.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, together with 3D software design services. These statements directly support broad customization capability.
