Q:How to obtain the 3D model within Honglu?
A:
Currently, most of the robots used within Honglu are model-driven, that is, they perform welding based on imported models. Because Honglu has a complete MES system for detailed drawings, disassembly, and distribution within the company. The on-site workers only need to scan the QR code on the workpiece to download the drawings to the workstation computer, which is very convenient to use.
Q:What types of workpieces can robots weld?

Including H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams, hoist beams, cow legs, purlins, internal partitions of bridges, ship group stands, transformer oil tanks and other relatively open steel structure products
Q:Is the camera used by the robot a 3D camera or a line laser?

Both line laser and 3D vision are supported.
Q:Apart from the self-teaching function, are there any other solutions for weld seams that cannot be welded?
A:
The rapid teaching function has been developed. On-site workers only need to specify the starting point, the ending point, and the transition points to complete the welding of any weld segment. Moreover, they can directly call the welding parameters in the welding process library without having to set the welding parameters themselves.
