Yes. We develop dedicated extrusion molds according to your aerodynamic drawings. All wind generator blade profiles are OEM customized, no ready-made standard profiles in stock. We support CNC deep processing after extrusion.
Q:Which material and surface finish are recommended for outdoor wind power equipment?
A:
6063-T5 & 6061-T6 aluminum alloys are commonly adopted. We suggest anodizing treatment. The anti-corrosion anodic oxide layer can prolong service life under outdoor weather conditions.
Q:Can we make samples first before mass production?
A:
Sample trial orders are acceptable. We produce prototypes for performance verification. After sample confirmation, we arrange formal mass production. Kindly provide CAD drawings for quotation.
