What are the terms for refunds on canceled orders?

Refunds are not available for canceled orders once the PI is confirmed and goods are ready. Refunds are only issued if we cannot supply the required products due to shortage or unavailability.

What transportation methods are available?

For spare parts, we use express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For large packages, air and sea freight are available, with freight costs confirmed based on buyer's prior delivery instructions.
