Q:What material is your silicone neon strip made of? Is it safe to use?
A:
Our light strips feature a food-grade solid integrated silicone outer casing. It is anti-yellowing, anti-aging, flame-retardant and free of toxic odors. Flexible and bendable, it suits long-term indoor and outdoor applications.
Q:What are the differences between silicone neon strips and conventional PVC light strips?
A:
The silicone casing delivers superior heat dissipation, UV resistance and waterproof performance. Unlike PVC strips, it will not turn yellow after prolonged outdoor exposure. It also provides more even light output and a longer service lifespan.
Q:Can customers cut the silicone neon strip on site by themselves? How can we get custom special lengths?
A:
We do not recommend customers perform on-site cutting. Cutting and splicing require professional technicians and special tools to ensure reliable waterproof sealing. Improper operation without professional equipment may cause water ingress and product failure.
If custom lengths are required, please submit pre-cutting requirements when placing orders. We will complete all cutting, splicing and waterproof processing in our factory.
Q:Will factory pre-cutting affect light brightness or service life?
A:
Professional cutting and integrated waterproof sealing completed in our factory will not impair lighting performance. Each finished segment maintains consistent high luminous efficiency and high CRI.
Q:What CRI level and luminous efficacy can your silicone strips achieve?
A:
Standard options include high color rendering CRI90 / CRI95, with luminous efficacy reaching up to 80lm/W. The light restores authentic and natural colors, ideal for architectural, landscape and commercial lighting projects.
