Q:What material is your silicone neon strip made of? Is it safe?

Our light strips adopt food-grade solid integrated silicone casing. It features anti-yellowing, anti-aging, flame retardant, no toxic odor, soft and bendable for long-term indoor & outdoor use.

Q:What is the difference between silicone neon strip and traditional PVC light strip?

Silicone casing delivers better heat dissipation, UV resistance and waterproof performance. It won't turn yellow after long-time outdoor exposure, with more uniform light output and longer service life compared to PVC strips.

Q:Can customers cut the silicone neon strip on-site by themselves? How to get custom special lengths?

We do NOT recommend on-site cutting by clients. Cutting and splicing require professional technicians with dedicated tools to achieve reliable waterproof sealing. Improper operation without professional equipment will lead to water ingress and product failure. If you need custom lengths, please place pre-cut requirements with us during order production, we will finish all cutting, splicing and waterproof processing in factory workshop.

Q:Will factory pre-cutting affect the light brightness or service life?

Professional cutting and integrated waterproof sealing at our factory will not damage luminous performance. Each finished segment maintains consistent high luminous efficiency and high CRI color rendering.

Q:What CRI and luminous efficiency can your silicone strips reach?

Standard options include CRI90/CRI95 high color rendering, high luminous efficiency up to 80lm/W. Lights present true, natural color for architectural, landscape and commercial lighting projects.
