Mould life depends on the steel material: P20 (>300,000 shots), 718 (>500,000 shots), H13 (>800,000 shots), 2344 (>800,000 shots), and S136 (>1,000,000 shots). With good maintenance, life can extend to 5-6 years or even 10 years.

Yes, Hongchuan Mould is established in 2016 with our own workshop and office. We provide a complete one-stop service with our own production flow from steel preparation to five-axis milling, CNC tooling, and mold installation.

We require a 50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q:How long does it take to finish a mould?

Mostly finished in 45 days, but complex and big moulds may take more time. Delivery time varies based on order quantity and material suitability. We are supportive of delivery if the client has unchangeable promotion plans.

Q:How long is the mould warranty period?

The mould warranty period is 1 year. Damage caused by human factors or accidents is not within the scope of warranty. Wearing parts will be sent to you for free during the warranty period.
