Yes, Hongchuan Mould is established in 2016 with our own workshop and office. We provide a complete one-stop service with our own production flow from steel preparation to five-axis milling, CNC tooling, and mold installation.

Q:What kind of moulds can you make?

We manufacture Household parts moulds (Basket, Storage Box, Chair & Table), Appliance parts moulds (Fan, AC, Washing Machine, TV), Automotive parts moulds (Bumper, Grill, Interior), Thin-wall parts moulds (Food Container, Ice-Cream, Cup), Industry parts moulds (Pallet, Dustbin, Crate), and Pipe Fitting moulds.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q:How long does it take to finish a mould?

Mostly, moulds are finished in 45 days. However, complex and large moulds may take more time. Delivery time varies based on order quantity and material suitability.

Q:What is the mould warranty period?

The mould warranty period is 1 year or 1 million shots (whichever comes first). We offer free parts or service for problems within this period, excluding damage caused by wrong operation. Wearing parts are sent for free.
