Yes, Hongchuan Mould is established in 2016 with our own workshop and office. We provide a complete one-stop service with our own production flow from steel preparation to mold installation.

Q:What kind of moulds can you make?

We can make household parts moulds (basket, storage box, chair/table), appliance parts moulds (fan, AC, washing machine), automotive parts moulds (bumper, grill), thin-wall parts moulds (food container, ice-cream), industry parts moulds (pallet, dustbin), and pipe fitting moulds.

Q:What are your payment terms?

50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q:How long does it take to finish a mould?

Mostly finished in 45 days, but complex and big moulds may take more time. Delivery time depends on order quantity and material suitability.

Q:What is the mould warranty period?

The mould warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts will be sent to you for free. Damage caused by human factors or accidents is not within the scope of warranty.
