Q:What are your payment terms?

50% down payment in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

Q:How long does it take to finish a mould?

Mostly finished in 45 days, but complex and big moulds may take longer. Delivery time varies based on order quantity and material suitability.

The mould warranty period is 1 year. Damage caused by human factors or accidents is not covered. Wearing parts are sent for free during the warranty.
