No problem, if you order 1*20' container, we can do it for free, if you order less than that, we charge $200 for it at first, and you don't need to pay for it anymore in future order.

Normally we use Sumsung Lithium battery for ours electric bicycle, and also we use some Chinese local brand lead acid battery for some cheaper models electric bikes,And of course you can get some spare parts as replacements when you order from us, we also sell electric bike conversion kits by whole sets, we also sell like tires, batteries, controllers and motors, anyway it depends you can discuss with us with details.

'according to our sales policy , if the order quantity less than 20 PCS , we will collect additional sample fee from them . this fee is used for inspection fee ,inland fee and so on . and our payment terms is : if sample order within 20 PCS , We accept 100% T/T in advance . more then 20 PCS , our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance , then 70% to be paid agaist the B/L . so if you just need a sample first , we can make one for you and then send it by air . only Express is acceptable . otherwise t

Do I need to pedal to start the assistance ?

Yes, the motor only starts when you are pedalling. The bike provides 'pedal sensor assistance'

What happens when I go over 15 miles per hour ?

The assistance varies automatically with your speed: high assistance when starting, and then less when the bike is travelling at speed, stopping altogether when you reach 15 miles per hour. The electric bike's purpose is to maintain an average speed of 12-15 miles per hour without the rider having to struggle.
