For liquid oxygen LO2 liquid nitrogen LN2 liquid argon LAr liquid CO2 and LNG with double layer high vacuum multilayer insulation giving very low daily evaporation loss and stable performance
The cryogenic dewar is built with 304 and 316L austenitic stainless steel polished inner shell and outer shell with a slim long neck opening to reduce heat leak
Nameplate verified models include DPL450-120-2.3 with nominal capacity 120L and pressure 2.3 MPa for live fish transport DPL450-100-1.4 with 100L and 1.4 MPa and DPL450-80-2.3 with 80L and 2.3 MPa
A complete valve group on the top cover includes liquid inlet outlet valve vent valve pressure building valve and gas use valve
with mechanical pressure gauge level indicator and double safety relief by safety valve and rupture disc for safe self pressurized operation.
Typical applications include live fish transport by truck oxygen supply laboratory cryogenic storage welding gas supply small industrial gas distribution
Dry ice CO2 production making the dewar flask a versatile portable liquid gas container.
The stainless steel skirt support ring protects the bottom and optional casters trolley and protective net cover are available while the top protection ring serves as both handle and impact guard

Q:What products does your company mainly supply?
A:
We mainly supply cryogenic equipment and waste tyre pyrolysis oil refining equipment: cryogenic liquid/gas storage tanks (LO2/LN2/LAr/LCO2/LNG/LPG, 5m3-10000L, 0.8-2.2MPa), vacuum-insulated Dewar tanks and flasks, cryogenic CO2 tanks, 40L/50L seamless steel gas cylinders, stainless steel refillable cylinders, CNG vehicle cylinders (65-100L, 30MPa), medical oxygen cylinders (2L/4L/10L), and waste tyre pyrolysis oil refining plants (( fuel oil & carbon black production lines).
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
For storage tanks, Dewars and the pyrolysis plant, the MOQ is 1 set/piece. For gas cylinders, the MOQ is 100 pieces (CNG vehicle cylinders: 10 pieces). Bulk orders are negotiable; final terms are confirmed in the PI.
Q:Can you provide samples? How can we inspect the equipment?
A:
Yes. Small items (cylinders, Dewar flasks) support sample shipment. For large tanks and plants, we support factory tours and video inspection before shipment so you can verify the condition and specifications first.
Q:What certifications do you have? How is quality guaranteed?
A:
Cryogenic storage tanks are ASME certified and built from carbon steel or 316L stainless steel; high-pressure cylinders comply with standards up to 30MPa design pressure. We provide Trade Assurance (100% protection on product quality and on-time shipment), a 1-year warranty, and inspection support before delivery.
Q:Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What can be customized?
A:
Yes. Customizable items include tank volume (5m3, 15m3, 10000L, etc.), design pressure (1.6-2.2MPa), vertical/horizontal configuration, material (carbon steel/stainless steel), dimensions, instruments and valves, as well as pyrolysis plant capacity and layout according to customer drawings.
