Wetted parts are available in SS316, PVC, PTFE, or FRP to match chemical compatibility.

A: With VFD-driven metering pumps and PLC-based closed-loop control, dosing accuracy reaches plus or minus 1%. The system adjusts dosing rate in real time based on sensor inputs (pH, flow, ORP, turbidity).
Q:Q3: Is the dosing device pre-assembled or field-installed?
A:
A: It comes fully pre-assembled on a single skid base, including metering tank, pump, control cabinet, and piping. This plug-and-play design cuts on-site installation time by approximately 50%.

A: Yes. Tank material options include GRP (fiberglass), stainless steel 304 or 316, and polyethylene (PE). Tank diameter up to 10 m and height up to 24 m are available, tailored to your chemical storage requirements.
