Q:Q1: What are the feed water requirements?
A:
Feed water TDS should be less than or equal to 2000 ppm, turbidity less than or equal to 1 NTU, residual chlorine less than or equal to 0.1 ppm. For brackish water (TDS 2000-5000 ppm), we customize with high-rejection membranes. For seawater, a dedicated SWRO system is recommended.
Q:Q2: What is the product water quality? Does it meet drinking water standards?
A:
Output water TDS less than or equal to 10 ppm (from feed water TDS less than or equal to 2000 ppm), bacteria and virus removal rate greater than or equal to 99%. Product water fully meets WHO drinking water standards. For pharmaceutical-grade water (USP/EP), we recommend our RO+EDI system.
Q:Q3: What certifications does the system have?
A:
HONCO RO systems are designed to meet ANSI 58 and WHO drinking water guidelines. Factory holds ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. CE marking available for the European market. SGS/CNAS-accredited lab test reports available upon request.
Q:Q4: Can the system be customized for specific applications?
A:
Yes. We offer customization on membrane type, material (SS304/SS316L/FRP), control mode (PLC/manual), pretreatment stages, and UV/ozone sterilization modules. OEM branding and labeling also available.
Q:Q5: Do you support OEM/ODM?
A:
Yes. Full OEM/ODM service: custom brand label, logo on control panel, packaging, and system color. Minimum OEM order is 1 unit. We also provide product photography and technical documentation with your branding for local marketing.
