Q:What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316L?
A:
SUS304 is the standard food grade stainless steel suitable for most applications. SUS316L offers higher corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides. It is recommended for coastal areas or chemical environments. Both are safe for drinking water contact.
Q:How often do I need to replace the filter cartridges?
A:
PP sediment filter 3 to 6 months. Activated carbon filter 6 to 12 months. RO membrane 18 to 24 months. Post carbon filter 12 months. Actual lifespan depends on feed water quality and daily usage volume.
Q:Does this system require electricity?
A:
The RO version requires minimal power 30W for the booster pump. A non RO version with UF membrane is also available that operates without electricity using municipal water pressure.
Q:Is installation complicated?
A:
No. The system comes pre assembled with all connections ready. Installation typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. We provide a detailed installation manual and video guide. Quick connect fittings require no special tools.
Q:Can the system handle well water or borehole water?
A:
Yes, with proper pretreatment assessment. For well water with high turbidity or iron content we recommend adding a pre sediment filter. We can customize the filtration configuration based on your water test report.
