Q:What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms: T/T 30% advance + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight. For established long-term partners and government projects, more flexible terms (deferred payment, milestone-based) can be negotiated.

Q:Do you provide installation and commissioning service?

Yes. We offer on-site installation supervision, commissioning, and operator training by our experienced engineers. Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the buyer. For cost-sensitive projects, we also provide remote video guidance with detailed step-by-step instructions and 24/7 online support.

Q:What after-sales support and warranty do you provide?

Every HONCO system comes with a 12-month warranty from commissioning date (or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first).
