Q:Can you customize different types of plastic pallet molds?
A:
Yes. We support custom nine-feet, Tianzi, Chuanzi, double-sided grid and steel pipe embedded pallet molds. We can adjust pallet size, load-bearing structure and appearance according to your requirements.
Q:What steel material do you use for pallet molds and how many shots can it reach?
A:
We adopt 718H/2738 pre-hardened steel as standard, service life up to 800,000 shots. For mass production orders, we can use S136 steel with nitriding treatment to extend mold life over 1 million shots.
