We adopt 718H steel for cavity & core, S50C for mold base. Service life can reach over 500,000 shots with proper maintenance.
Q:Can I customize multi-cavity cup mould? Cold runner or hot runner available?
A:
Yes, 2/4/8 cavities optional. Both cold runner and hot runner system can be customized for tumbler, straw cup and portable drinking cup.
Q:Will you provide test samples?
A:
Standard lead time is 30-45 days. We will send test samples for your confirmation before mass production.
