Normal design takes 45-90 days. Complex samples are to be negotiated. Delivery time is generally 45-60 days.

We are a direct factory for making moulds with 30 years of experience.

Q:Where is your factory located?

Heromould is located in Huangyan, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is 50 minutes from Taizhou airport and 15 minutes from the train station.

Q:How can I visit your factory?

You can fly to Guangzhou then take a 1.5-hour flight to Taizhou (Luqiao airport). Alternatively, take a 3.5-hour train from Shanghai or a 45-minute bullet train from Ningbo to Taizhou Station.

Q:What information is needed for a mould quote?

We require mould steel/raw material requirements, mould life, cavity number, 2D/3D drawings or detailed pictures, runner type (hot/cold), hot runner brand if applicable, raw material, sample quantity, and packing details.
