We are a direct factory for making moulds with 30 years of experience.

Q:Where is your factory located?

Heromould is located in Huangyan, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is 50 minutes from Taizhou airport by car and 15 minutes from the train station.

Q:What information is needed for a mould quote?

We require: 1) Mould steel raw material or required mould life; 2) Mould cavity number; 3) 2D/3D drawings, pictures with sizes, or samples; 4) Runner type (hot/cold) and brand if hot; 5) Raw material of the product; 6) Sample quantity and packing details.

Q:How do you ensure quality control?

We follow a strict process: Design optimization, mould steel hardness control, inspection, mould assembly inspection, trial samples inspection, and final inspection before shipment.

Q:What is the lead time for production?

Normal design takes 45-90 days. Complex samples are negotiated. Off-season lead time is one month, while peak season is 1-3 months.
