Q:What information is needed for a mould quote?
A:
We require mould steel/raw material requirements, mould life, cavity number, 2D/3D drawings or pictures with sizes, runner type, raw material, sample quantity, and packing details.
Q:How is quality control managed in your factory?
A:
We follow a strict process: Design Optimization, Mould Steel Hardness Control, Inspection, Mould Assembly Inspection, Mould Trial Samples Inspection, and Final Inspection before shipment.
Q:What is the lead time for mould production?
