Heromould is located in Huangyan, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is 50 minutes from Taizhou airport and 15 minutes from the train station.

Q:What information is needed for a mould quote?

We require mould steel/raw material requirements, cavity number, 2D/3D drawings or pictures with sizes, runner type, raw material, sample quantity, and packing details.

Q:How do you ensure quality control?

We follow a strict procedure: Design Optimization, Mould steel hardness control, Inspection, Mould assembly inspection, trial sample inspection, and final inspection before shipment.
