What specialty gases do you supply?

We provide custom calibration gas, standard reference gas, shielding gas, zero gas, and mixed specialty gases. Components include methane, helium, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. Gas concentration can be customized according to customer requirements.

Can gas concentration be customized?

Yes. We prepare gas mixtures based on customers' target concentration, uncertainty tolerance and application scenarios (semiconductor, environmental monitoring, welding, laboratory analysis). A gas certificate will be provided with each cylinder.

What cylinder sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Common options: 2L, 4L, 8L, 10L, 40L steel / aluminum cylinders. Cylinder pressure can be 10MPa / 15MPa / 20MPa as requested.

Do you supply new cylinders or refill only?

Accepted Answer

We support two modes: Sell brand-new cylinders filled with gas; Refill service for customer-owned qualified cylinders (only valid inspected cylinders accepted).

What valve types can you fit?

We offer CGA, DIN, BS, ISO standard valves, also optional stainless steel diaphragm valves for high-purity & trace gas applications.

What is the cylinder material?

Carbon steel cylinders for general gas; aluminum alloy cylinders for high purity, corrosive and trace standard gas to minimize adsorption.

Each cylinder comes with COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS / SDS. We can also provide UN transport document, cylinder inspection report.

Our gas preparation follows ISO / GB standards. Cylinders comply with UN pressure vessel regulations for dangerous goods transport.

Can you supply high purity gas (5N / 6N)?

Yes, we can supply high purity gas up to 6N grade for semiconductor, CVD and analytical instrument use.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on gas type. Single cylinder is acceptable for many standard gas types; custom low-concentration mixtures may require higher MOQ and longer lead time.

How do you ship the gas? Can you arrange door-to-door delivery?

Packaged gas is classified as dangerous goods. We arrange DG shipment by sea/air according to destination countries. We can provide FOB, CIF, DDP terms.

Can you export to our country?

We can export to most countries. Please advise your destination port, gas type and cylinder specs, we will check local import requirements and restrictions first.

Do you provide technical support for gas application?

Yes, our technical team can advise on gas selection, pipeline material, pressure control, safe handling and gas consumption calculation.

What should we pay attention to for storage & usage?

Accepted Answer

Store cylinders in cool, dry, ventilated area, away from heat, flame and direct sunlight. Keep secured upright. Operators must read SDS before handling.

What if the gas concentration does not match COA?

Accepted Answer

Please notify us within the validity period and provide test data. We will conduct investigation and offer solutions including re-calibration or replacement if confirmed as our quality issue.
