Q:What insulation technology do your cryogenic tanks use? How long can the vacuum last?

We use the 'vacuum powder insulation' technology, with the interlayer filled with specially treated expanded perlite and evacuated to a high vacuum. The vacuum life of our tanks typically reaches 5 to 10 years or longer. A dedicated adsorbent and a thermocouple vacuum gauge are installed in the interlayer, allowing you to monitor the vacuum level at any time without worrying about increased evaporation rate due to vacuum degradation.

Q:Can the tanks comply with ASME or GB standards?

Our products strictly follow GB and we can also manufacture according to ASME or other international codes.

Q:What should I do if the outer shell starts sweating or frosting during operation?

This usually indicates a loss of interlayer vacuum or perlite settling. Troubleshooting steps: 1.Check the vacuum level with a vacuum gauge; 2.If leakage is found, repair welding and re-evacuate; 3.If perlite has settled, open the top of the outer shell, add more perlite and re-evacuate.
