We use the 'vacuum powder insulation' technology, with the interlayer filled with specially treated expanded perlite and evacuated to a high vacuum. The vacuum life of our tanks typically reaches 5 to 10 years or longer. A dedicated adsorbent and a thermocouple vacuum gauge are installed in the interlayer, allowing you to monitor the vacuum level at any time without worrying about increased evaporation rate due to vacuum degradation.

Q:Can the tanks comply with ASME or GB standards?

Our products strictly follow GB and we can also manufacture according to ASME or other international codes.

Q:What should I do if the outer shell starts sweating or frosting during operation?

This usually indicates a loss of interlayer vacuum or perlite settling. Troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the vacuum level with a vacuum gauge; 2. If leakage is found, repair welding and re-evacuate; 3. If perlite has settled, open the top of the outer shell, add more perlite and re-evacuate.
