Q:How to choose between vertical and horizontal storage tanks?
A:
The choice depends on site conditions. Vertical tanks have a smaller footprint and better self-pressurization, suitable for space-constrained sites. Horizontal tanks have a lower center of gravity and better stability, suitable for transportation or sites with limited floor load-bearing capacity.
Q:What insulation technology do your cryogenic tanks use?
A:
We use vacuum powder insulation technology, with the interlayer filled with specially treated expanded perlite and evacuated to a high vacuum. The vacuum life typically reaches 5 to 10 years or longer.
Q:Can the tanks comply with ASME or GB standards?
A:
Our products strictly follow GB standards, and we can also manufacture according to ASME or other international codes.
Q:What should I do if the outer shell starts sweating or frosting?
A:
This indicates a loss of interlayer vacuum or perlite settling. Check the vacuum level with a gauge. If leakage is found, repair weld and re-evacuate. If perlite has settled, add more perlite and re-evacuate.
Q:What is the MOQ and lead time?
A:
MOQ is 1 set. Lead time for standard tanks is 60 days.
