Our machine is tested and fully assembled before shipping. Customers just need to perform 2-4 hours of wear-in, and then it can work.

Q:What is wear-in for a new machine?

Use 10 KG oil cake, 1 KG sand, and 1 KG water, mix them, and put them in the oil press. Wear in for 3-4 hours. 1st hour: adjust oil cake thickness to 3mm. 2nd hour: adjust to 2.5mm. 3rd hour: adjust to 2mm.
