Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
MOQ is 10 drums per model. Sample orders can be as low as 1 drum, but sample freight is not free (deductible from future bulk orders).
Q:Are you an authorized distributor of Parker LORD?
A:
Yes. We are the authorized distributor for Parker LORD EPM Division relevant series, including Chemlok, Flocklok, Sipiol, Autoseal and RC Coating.
Q:Can you provide technical documentation?
A:
Yes. We provide MSDS, TDS, COA and DG declaration for all products. Technical application guidance is available from our engineering team.
Q:What payment terms do you accept?
A:
T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable for large orders. Other terms negotiable for established customers.
Q:Can you handle dangerous goods export?
A:
Yes. We have full DG export compliance, including UN-standard packaging, DG declaration, and proper shipping documents for Class 3 hazardous materials.
