Borosilicate Oil tank Sight Glass

It is a type of heat-resistant glass tube with boron oxide added. The most common grade is 3.3 borosilicate glass, featuring low thermal expansion and high stability.

Borosilicate glass has much better heat resistance, thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance. It won't crack under sudden temperature changes, while soda lime glass is fragile against temperature fluctuation and chemical corrosion.

Minor color variations are normal. They are caused by fluctuations of temperature, humidity and raw material status during production. Even with the same formula, products made in different periods will have subtle shade differences.

It can work steadily under high temperature, and resist temperature difference up to 120 to 150 degrees. It is not easy to crack when heated or cooled rapidly.
