Q:How to select different plastic sheets?

Choose PC hollow sheet or acrylic for transparent lighting; PP corrugated sheet is ideal for packaging turnover and outdoor signage. PVC works well for acid and alkali resistance, and PC features high hardness and strong impact resistance. We can recommend proper material and thickness according to your usage scenario.

Q:Will plastic sheets age and turn yellow under sunlight?

Ordinary sheets will age and discolor under long-term outdoor sunlight. UV anti-ultraviolet coating is customizable for outdoor use to slow yellowing, cracking and fading. Indoor conventional sheets rarely turn yellow in normal use.

Q:Can size, color and surface finish be customized? Is logo printing available?

All customizable. Length, width, thickness and colors are adjustable. Frosting, matte finish, film covering and polishing are optional. Laser engraving and silk-screen logo printing are supported. No strict MOQ for customization, with better prices for bulk orders.

Q:Can I mix multiple materials, thicknesses and colors in one order? Does tiered pricing apply?

Different materials, thicknesses and colors can be mixed in one order. Prices are calculated based on the tiered price of each product. Pricing rules for printed customized orders are negotiated separately.

Q:Can the sheets be bent, thermoformed or drilled?

Most plastic sheets support laser cutting, drilling, grooving, thermoforming and bonding. Rigid sheets cannot be bent forcibly at room temperature, while special shapes can be made by high-temperature thermoforming. PP corrugated sheets can be slightly bent at normal temperature.
