It is primarily designed for concrete flat rooftops. It can also be used on hardened flat ground. Direct installation on soft soil is not recommended; concrete footings are required for ground projects.

Yes. Loosen the locking bolts on the arc hinge, reset to your target angle, then retighten all bolts.
