Hot DIP Galvanized Ground Screw Helical Piles for PV Farms

The standard telescopic section gives 100 to 300 mm of adjustment above ground. For sites with larger elevation differences we can make a longer inner tube. Just send us your terrain data and we will calculate the right range.

:A standard ground screw has a fixed top height, so on sloped ground you either drive each pile to a different depth or level the land first. The adjustable version has a sliding inner tube, so every pile goes to the same depth and you fine-tune the height on top. This saves a lot of time on hilly sites.

The overlapping section has pre-drilled holes on both tubes. High-strength bolts pass through both and are tightened to the torque value we provide. Once locked, the height does not shift under normal wind and snow loads.

It works best in loose soil, silt and clay. For gravel or rocky ground we recommend pre-drilling a pilot hole before driving. Send us your soil report and we will advise on pile length and blade configuration.

Standard sizes: 7 to 10 working days after deposit. Custom lengths or full container orders: 2 to 3 weeks. Each steel pallet holds 84 pieces at 1700*1050*1150 mm, wrapped in plastic and strapped for sea transport.
