Concrete base solar mounting is a ground mount solar system with concrete piers as load bearing foundation, matched with metal support frames. It includes cast in place concrete pier and precast concrete block solutions. The self weight of concrete resists wind uplift force, delivering superior stability, ideal for rocky ground, hard soil and sites where ground screws cannot be installed.

Q:Precast block or cast in place?

Pre cast concrete blocks: Factory produced counterweights, directly placed on site with zero curing time for fast installation, suitable for small to medium projects, flat land and time tight jobs. Cast in place concrete piers: On site excavation, formwork and concrete pouring, higher integral strength and uplift resistance, designed for large scale ground power stations, high wind and steep slope projects.

Tilt angle of upper metal frame is adjustable from 0-60.
