What is the transportation method?

We can send goods by air, express delivery, or sea. The transportation method depends on the customer's preference.

How are the products packaged?

All tables are packed in KD (knock-down), and chairs are semi-KD (seat cushion un-fixed). We use 5-layer K=A 210pounds export standard cartons. Shipping marks can be printed on the carton.

Is OEM service available?

Yes, OEM is available. You can send your own design or picture, and we will make the product as you like.

What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T and Western Union. T/T terms are 30% deposit and balance paid before shipment.

What is the lead time?

The lead time is about 20-35 days for a 1*40HQ container after receiving the deposit.

We guarantee quality. For damaged and missing items, we will send replacements after receiving related details such as photos or videos.

Q:How to get a quote quickly?

All products can be customized. Please provide bag style, material structure and thickness, packaging, dimensions, logo and color requests, and artwork if possible. We will recommend if you are unclear.

Q:What is your MOQ?

If the customer arranges shipping, there is no MOQ limit (1 piece allowed). If we arrange shipping, MOQ is 1 set (over 3 CBM). Mixed orders are accepted to reach 3 CBM. Normally, a 20ft container is standard, but small trial orders are acceptable.

Q:What is the Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost depends on the destination port, weight, packing size, and total CBM. We cannot quote exactly without knowing the total quantity and destination port. We will provide a quote after receiving your feedback.

Q:What is the price policy for samples?
