We can send goods by air, express delivery, or sea. The method depends on the customer's preference.

How are the products packaged?

All tables are packed in KD (knock-down), chairs in semi-KD. We use 5-layer K=A 210pounds export standard cartons. Shipping marks can be printed on the carton.

Is OEM service available?

Yes, OEM is available. You can send your own design or picture, and we will make the product as you like.

What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T and Western Union. T/T terms are 30% deposit and balance paid before shipment.

What is the lead time?

It takes about 20-35 days for a 1*40HQ container after receiving the deposit.

What is the guarantee policy?

We guarantee quality. For damaged or missing items, we will send replacements after receiving related details like photos or videos.

No MOQ if customer arranges shipping (1 piece allowed). If we arrange shipping, MOQ is 1 set (3 CBM). Mixed orders are accepted. Normal MOQ is one 20ft container, but small trial orders are acceptable.
