Normally the sample devices could be delivered within 5 working day , and the bulk order will depend on the quantity .If you need a drop- shipping service, we are experienced and can ship directly from China to your customers.

The default accessories of our rugged devices are chargers and USB cables. There are multiple optional accessories are available, such as vehicle mount, docking station, wireless mat, hand strap, and so on.

How to repair the devices if any issues?

We will offer online technical support for product issues. If the issues is non-human factor, we will send components and parts to customers to repair.

How to install multiple functions into 1 device?

You can ask us to install the 2D scanner, RFID, and high accuracy GPS module into the rugged device before shippment ,also we could provide ODM service for some specific function.
