Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy it or provide better solutions. Pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width) are also accepted; CAD or 3D files will be made if an order is placed.

What type of mould tool do I need?

Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a time) or multi-cavity (2, 4, 8, or 16 parts at a time). Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year, whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities. We can recommend the best option based on your projected annual requirements.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally 5-7 days for plastic products. Around 25 days to make simple molds, while complicated ones can take 30-50 days. We use DHL, TNT, or UPS accounts to ensure fast product delivery.

How many times will you try out the mold?

We perform 3 trial runs, and every time we provide 2 sets of samples with free delivery via DHL.
