The maximum daily output can reach 5,000 bags (depending on bag specifications and raw materials). The extrusion machine has a maximum capacity of 1,000kg/h, and the circular loom achieves a maximum weaving speed of 92m/h. The complete line has ample capacity for large-scale continuous production.

Circular loom options include 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 shuttles, with a folded width range of 400-5,400mm. Selection guide: small FIBC bags (500-1,000kg) -- 6-8 shuttles; medium size (1,000-1,500kg) -- 8-10 shuttles; large size (1,500-2,000kg+) -- 10-16 shuttles. The extrusion machine has a maximum capacity of 1,000kg/h, production speed up to 500m/min, and flat yarn fineness of 60-200tex. Equipped with 8 controllable temperature zones (accuracy~2 Celsius), dual-air duct hot air circulation oven with 5% energy saving, and high-speed winder with 60% energy saving vs conventional winding. High output + low energy consumption = lower overall operating costs.

Supports 3-color flexo printing (more colors customizable), cutting accuracy~5mm. Cutting + printing completed simultaneously, max roll diameter 1,250mm. Supports O-type or cross-type bag opening cutting with one-step die forming -- no secondary processing, dramatically improving production efficiency.
