Q:What is your delivery time?

We support FOB, CIF, CFR shipping methods. Usually, the delivery time for one device is 70 to 90 days, depending on the shipping method.

Q:How long is your warranty?

We promise to provide a one-year warranty for all products we currently sell.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept T/T, L/C, D/P. The customer needs to pay 30% of the deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% of the payment is completed before delivery.

Q:Do you provide installation guidance or other after-sales service?
