Yes. The APEX features a high-precision optical positioning system with +/-8um image calibration repeatability at 6 sigma, Cpk>=2.0, and +/-15um printing repeatability at 6 sigma, Cpk>=2.0. This ensures consistent, high-quality printing even for 01005 and 03015 fine-pitch components and other precision applications.
Q:Can this printer integrate with my existing SMT line?
A:
Yes. The conveyor height is 900+/-40mm (adjustable), and the direction supports L to R, R to L, L to L, and R to R configurations. Standard interfaces make it compatible with most SMT lines.
Q:Does it support SPI closed-loop feedback?

Yes. With the optional SPI online interface, the printer can automatically adjust XY offset based on SPI feedback and trigger stencil cleaning when needed. This forms a complete printing feedback system to significantly improve printing quality.
