Tiered caging restricts unnecessary movement and energy waste. Combined with fully automated precision feeding, it ensures every gram of feed efficiently turns into meat.
Q:How do birds get water in a cage?
A:
They use an automatic nipple drinker system. When a bird pecks at the trigger, the valve releases a drop of fresh, clean water. This prevents spillage and keeps the cage dry.
Q:How is manure cleaned from the system?
A:
Manure belts located beneath each tier of cages collect the droppings. The belts are activated by a motor to transport the manure to the end of the house, dropping it onto a cross-conveyor for easy disposal.
